Lorien, a global insurance firm, is embarking on an ambitious business-wide agile transformation programme. As Agile Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Commercial/Retail roadmap and steering the company journey to Scaled Agile.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a Product Owner within the insurance industry or highly regulated sectors like Financial Services. Proficiency in Agile methodologies is a must, along with strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities are also essential for adapting to changing priorities and resolving conflicts effectively.

Experience working with retail insurance and/or commercial insurance products is highly desirable, as is expertise in defining product vision and strategy aligned with overarching business goals. Additionally, creating and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring delivered features meet criteria and quality standards, and providing final approval on deliverables are key responsibilities of this position.
