The Impellam Group is a leading Insurance business seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to play a key role within Product teams, driving business-wide change and transformation.

This position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave entitlement.

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent sprint goal achievement by reviewing sprint metrics, velocity trends, and impediment logs to identify patterns and areas for improvement in team performance. You will also facilitate effective Agile ceremonies, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the squad. Additionally, you will promote strong Agile adoption, ensuring the squad embraces and effectively implements Agile principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and practical experience with Agile principles, including the Scrum framework. Industry experience within insurance, retail, and commercial sectors is essential. Expertise in facilitating Scrum events and guiding ceremonies to ensure they are productive and focused is also required.
