Job Description
Risk Management for Digital Growth
We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Leader to join our team and drive the development of our algorithmic underwriting capabilities. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with data scientists and algorithm engineers to shape our future direction and assess the potential of new use cases and revenue models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Decisioning Strategy: Collaborate with Algorithmic Underwriting leaders to develop a robust risk decisioning strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Product Development: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products that leverage our algorithmic underwriting capabilities.
- Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and coach product managers to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to drive business growth.
