Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact projects that drive innovation and value for our customers.

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives aligned with the clients strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate Agile practices, serving as a servant leader and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
  2. Empower and mentor Agile teams, fostering accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  3. Monitor and report on team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle times.
  4. Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of collaboration and adaptability within the organization.
  5. IDentify and address potential risks and dependencies that could impact project delivery.
  6. Contribute to the implementation of scaled Agile frameworks where applicable.
  7. 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including leadership of multiple Agile teams.
  8. Extensive experience in UK Private Banking, including its distinctive culture and practices.
  9. Proven success in delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  11. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, exceptional facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  12. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  13. Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
