The Mount Charles Group has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Services Coordinator to join its team at South Regional College. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing the services, including catering, cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, and vending, across our Newry, Armagh, Banbridge, Portadown, and Lurgan campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers, supervisors, and operatives to deliver against KPIs
  • Motivate and upskill your team to meet targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Manage services across multiple sites, providing support and guidance to teams to ensure high levels of service delivery
  • Develop and implement service standards, styles, and products within your patch and part of the wider catering service line

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in facilities management, preferably with experience in managing multi-site contracts and teams. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of personalities and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £32,500-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a car allowance and other benefits such as 25 days' holiday, life assurance, health and wellbeing program, and voluntary healthcare development opportunities.
