Sales Professional

At the British Heart Foundation, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of people affected by heart and circulatory diseases. We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Paisley, Renfrewshire.
We offer a competitive salary of £9.50 per hour for this part-time role working 14 hours a week in one of our busy clothing stores. Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, requiring flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
This is a permanent contract with opportunities for career progression within the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Organise and merchandise donated stock creatively to maximise sales potential
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to enhance online sales
- As a Keyholder, provide leadership and guidance to colleagues when managers are not present
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is not essential; passion, energy, and excellent communication skills are key
- Ability to work well under pressure, on your own initiative, and as part of a dynamic team
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Comfortable using technology, including Tills, PCs, smartphones, and email
