About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our strategic property initiative. This is a full-time position based in our office (St James House) with some flexibility for remote work.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, particularly in building and construction. They will also possess strong leadership and team management skills, as well as experience in property consultations and planning laws related to historic buildings.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven project management experience, particularly in complex building projects.

  • A track record of delivering projects through calm, persistent engagement.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £45,000-50,000 per annum, plus a generous pension package with employer contributions. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance and other perks.
