Customer Service Representative

£10.30 - £11.90 an hour

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will review orders prior to delivery, maintaining standards of food quality and ensuring total customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

- To uphold a positive brand image and provide excellent customer service at all times
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely fashion
- Delivering products safely and securely, avoiding unnecessary risks by adhering to road safety laws at all times
- Maintaining a high level of quality, service and cleanliness at all times
- Supporting good food hygiene practices
