IT Digital Customer Experience LeadAs the IT Digital Customer Experience Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital interactions our customers have with u-blox. Reporting to the Head of Digital Business Solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring that all digital touchpoints align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities- Lead and mentor teams responsible for Salesforce CRM and website development, providing guidance, support, and feedback while managing budgets and project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Business Marketing product owners to define and prioritize the roadmap for Salesforce CRM and website development, ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy and goals.
- Act as Solution Architect, guaranteeing that technical designs and implementations meet the specific needs and objectives of our business.
- Champion best practices and standards to ensure the quality, performance, and security of our CRM and website. Analyze key metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Serve as the Solution Owner for the Quote to Cash process within our ERP transformation program from an IT perspective.
- Manage the integration stream between our CRM and the new SAP ERP system.
- Oversee the implementation and management of marketing automation tools and processes, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts across all customer touchpoints.
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience managing digital projects.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and website development principles.
- Familiarity with SAP Sales and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant web technologies.
- Experience integrating CRM and ERP systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
