Key Responsibilities: * Lead the teams for Salesforce CRM and Website development, providing direction, support, and feedback while managing budget and project timelines. * Work with Business Marketing product owners to define and prioritize the Salesforce CRM and Website development roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals. * Take on the role of Solution Architect, ensuring technical design and implementation meet business needs and objectives. * Follow best practices and standards to ensure quality, performance, and security of CRM and Website, measuring and analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement. * Serve as Solution Owner for the Quote to Cash process within the ERP transformation program. * Manage the integration stream between CRM and the new SAP ERP system. * Implement and manage marketing automation tools and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts. Requirements: * Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in managing digital projects. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and website development. * Familiarity with SAP Sales and distribution processes. * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other web technologies. * Experience integrating CRM and ERP systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
