Job Description

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to drive the council's transformation programme and deliver improvements in Engagement and Communications, Transformation, Strategy, Policy, and Performance services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and operational oversight to drive the council's transformation programme.
  • Maintaining clear cohesion among council officers, Members, and the Transformation Board.
Requirements

You will be a highly skilled senior policy, strategy, and performance professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale change and improvement. Your expertise will guide the development of policies, strategies, and plans that support the council's goals.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £90,000 per annum, based on industry standards. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
