Director of Process Improvement

We are seeking an experienced Director of Process Improvement to join our client, a leading London-based Law Firm. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing operational strategies and priorities, supporting acquisition planning and integration, and designing operational workflows to drive efficiency and reduce costs. You will also be responsible for utilising technology to improve processes, managing operational risk, and controlling budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations-focused roles, ideally within the legal or professional services sectors. You will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
