Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the transformation of the Finance Record-to-Report (R2R) process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in systems or programme transformation delivery, with a focus on R2R.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Finance/Accounting Technology Project and Service Delivery teams to design R2R processes with appropriate controls. They will also monitor and maintain risk controls and audit requirements for core finance processes.

Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of business change initiatives, including project planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and EPBCS is essential, as is a qualified finance professional with in-depth business and systems knowledge.

A competitive daily rate of £450 - £550 is offered, along with the opportunity to work with a leading organisation on a significant transformation journey and potential for a permanent position after the initial 3-month contract.
