An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Smart10 Ltd, a well-established company that specialises in the construction industry. As a result of the company's continued growth, they are looking for a proactive, driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join their friendly, professional team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Outbound calling to generate sales
  2. Contacting both cold and warm leads to identify new business opportunities among existing customers
  3. Negotiating the price with customers to achieve sales targets
  4. Maintaining relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty

Additional Information

  • The successful candidate will receive uncapped, accumulative monthly commission and an additional yearly bonus
  • Onsite parking and optional further training and progression available

Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate effectively via phone and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Able to negotiate prices and achieve sales targets
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience. The location of the job is Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
