Sales and Business Development Professional

Company Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Smart10 Ltd, a well-established company that specialises in the construction industry. As a result of the company's continued growth, they are looking for a proactive, driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join their friendly, professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to generate sales
- Contacting both cold and warm leads to identify new business opportunities among existing customers
- Negotiating the price with customers to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty
Additional Information
- The successful candidate will receive uncapped, accumulative monthly commission and an additional yearly bonus
- Onsite parking and optional further training and progression available
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively via phone and maintain strong customer relationships
- Able to negotiate prices and achieve sales targets
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience. The location of the job is Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
