About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at the North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Operations Directorate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to meet the demands of our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively support Operational / Support staff in Resource Administration and coordination.
  • Ensure the production of core rotas and all information held on the Global Rostering System (GRS) within the Trust are accurate and conform to Working Time Directive Regulations and Data Protection Act requirements.
  • Manage abstractions to service level agreement, annual leave, training, Court appearances, sickness etc.
  • Ensure the timely provision of analytical and statistical information from the Rostering system is correct, transparent and up to date.

Person Specification

  • NVQ Level 3 or Diploma in relevant discipline or significant previous relevant experience.
  • Experience of database management, managing own time, using initiative, prioritizing workload and working to strict timescales.
  • Experience of working within a Team and people management issues in relation to rostering requirements.
  • Experience in preparation of reports and presentations.
