We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Connectment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling benefits administration.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Employee Relations: Provide support with employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining employee records.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for employees, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, health and safety regulations, and data protection laws.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Business Administration level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in a busy office environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
