Main Responsibilities
As a Resource Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting operations with a focus on working pattern flexibility, staff rotas, and ensuring capacity and demand are met.
- Allocating and utilising clinical colleagues and resources effectively.
- Working independently with minimal supervision and managing your time effectively.
- Providing analytical and statistical information from the Rostering system to inform decision-making.

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with:
- NVQ Level 3 or Diploma in a relevant discipline or significant previous relevant experience.
- Experience of database management, people management, and training others.
- Excellent IT, literacy, and numeracy skills, with the ability to analyse reports and interpret complex statistical data.
