About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a CrISP Support Volunteer. As a key member of our Carers' Information and Support Programmes, you will play a vital role in supporting carers of people living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and a listening ear to carers, helping them feel at ease and empowered to care for their loved ones.
  • Assist in delivering our CrISP workshops, providing information and resources to carers to improve their knowledge and skills.
  • Support Dementia Advisers at our courses, helping to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for carers.
  • Help promote the CrISP programme and Alzheimer's Society's mission to improve the lives of people affected by dementia.
