Operations Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
This position plays a crucial role in assisting the Operations Manager by gathering and refreshing management information, coordinating the deployment of equipment and supplies, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. This role is essential in upholding high standards of customer satisfaction through compliance with company protocols and delivering exceptional service.
Management Information Collection - Gather and refresh management information in the Operations Deal Log to guarantee that the most up-to-date data is available for senior management and business analysts. Equipment Deployment Coordination - Oversee and facilitate the deployment of equipment upon arrival at the logistics warehouse, ensuring that all necessary actions and resources are prepared while maintaining cost efficiency. Transit Management Support – Assist the Operations Manager with the management of goods in transit to ensure timely arrival of equipment, thereby avoiding unnecessary storage and transit expenses. Ensure that invoicing occurs within the required timelines to meet financial objectives. Customer Relationship Management for Supplies - Foster customer relationships within the supplies sector. Keep customers informed about stock arrival timelines and any potential delays to maintain satisfaction levels. Email Inbox Oversight - Monitor and manage the operations email inbox, escalating issues as necessary to ensure that inquiries are addressed within agreed-upon timeframes. Operational Coverage - Provide support for the Operations Manager during their absence, handling essential duties as required to ensure service continuity.Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in customer service with the ability to understand the customer perspective Skills in project deployment would be beneficial Process-oriented, with a methodical and analytical approach to business tasks Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player Ability to take initiative and be proactive Excellent time management skills with the capability to organize work around multiple deployments and shifting timelinesWhat We Offer
