About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Director to lead our team in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, technology, and capability. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for bridging the gaps between strategy, sales, digital, and operational activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify trends and develop strategic insights to inform our transformation project
  • Implement capacity plans to ensure we have the right people to support business growth and remain within budget

Requirements

You will be a strong communicator, able to contribute ideas and narrate a story that will engage and motivate our teams. You will also have deep commercial and financial knowledge and understand the implications on business operations.
