About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Fire Protection Officer to join our team at CV-Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fire safety across our residential properties, ensuring services are maintained and improved.
The role involves supporting compliance with fire safety legislation and associated building regulations, including carrying out fire risk assessments and ensuring the FRA programme is delivered on time and to the required standard.
Responsibilities
- Carry out fire risk assessments and ensure compliance with legislation
- Support development and maintenance of the Housing Fire Risk Management Policy
- Collaborate with managers and staff to implement fire safety standards and initiatives
Location and Salary
Blyth, Northumberland is a great place to live and work, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and cultural events. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum.
