Senior Residential Conveyance Position

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Residential Conveyance Professional to join our team in Hexham.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential property conveyancing, including Sales, Purchases, Freehold, Leasehold, and New-Build transactions.

This is a full-time office-based role worked over 5 days, offering an estimated annual salary of £67,500 based on location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage a caseload of residential conveyancing and property matters.
  • To provide exceptional client service and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • To contribute to the success of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property conveyancing.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures.
