Role Overview

Hartford Care Ltd is seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team. This role involves providing high quality care and support to residents, carrying out general housekeeping duties, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative, and possess a flexible approach to working hours.

About the Job

This is a rewarding role for anyone who wants to make a difference in someone's life. As a General Assistant / Support Worker, you will provide an efficient and effective laundry service, support during mealtimes, and assist residents as required.

You will do so with care at the heart of everything you do, maintaining a tidy, safe and clean environment. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being in a kitchen environment, and are spontaneous, patient, flexible and have a good sense of humour, this could be the perfect role for you.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
