Senior Business Development Manager

ACJ Search are partnering with a leading Northamptonshire based manufacturer seeking an experienced Commercial Project Lead to drive long-term sales activity and manage customer relationships.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Sales, Project Management or a combination of both. They will also possess excellent technical skills, preferably from an Engineering or Technical background.
This is a broad role that suits someone looking for a challenging position with opportunities for growth and development within a rapidly changing organisation. The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships beyond the sales phase, taking the lead on project managing and liaising with technical teams. They will also be required to drive strategic sales activity and develop new business opportunities.
