About the Role

As Regional Sales Director for Airtable in Australia and New Zealand, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion across the region. Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, you will lead a high-performing team of sales executives, owning key accounts and strategic segments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of SaaS leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in revenue-focused teams. They will possess a deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting, as well as strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the expansion of Airtable's international presence in ANZ, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to capture them.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive results.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage with key decision-makers and close deals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data Science, and Growth, to develop innovative approaches to sales and revenue growth.
  • Analyze customer data to identify buying signals, expansion opportunities, and churn risks, informing sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of SaaS leadership experience, with a focus on revenue growth and sales strategy.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting, with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute targeted sales strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous PTO policy.
