Morphe is a leading beauty company that empowers creativity and self-expression. We are seeking a highly experienced Visual Merchandising Director to lead our EMEA and ANZ teams.

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local visual merchandising strategies across our wholesale distribution channels. Your primary focus will be on managing a team of professionals, overseeing the execution of visual merchandising plans, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven leader who can drive innovation and excellence in visual merchandising. If you have a passion for design, a strong orientation towards operational excellence, and excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead local market visual merchandising strategy and implement clear processes within the EMEA team to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Drive the EMEA VM team in executing visual merchandising plans specific to the region, supervising the launch of new stores, and overseeing refurbishment projects.
  • Collaborate with and influence global VM teams to shape the design of VM in market, encompassing department stores, and specialty retail partners.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to deliver in-store executions that help contribute to achieving financial targets for core, new launch, and promotional activities.
  • Manage a team of 6 professionals responsible for wholesale projects across the market, focusing on team development, elevating capabilities, fostering career growth, and promoting engagement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Head Office Visual Merchandising in the Beauty category and/or FSS and gondola environments essential.
  • An inspiring, people-first focused leader with robust team management skills is essential.
  • Creative and Design background.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, managing working across different time zones and markets.
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and holding the team account to working in an efficient way.
  • Confident in presenting to senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners in a professional, creative, and succinct manner.

Travel Requirements: Nationally, up to 25%; Internationally, up to 15%
