Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager

We're a global beauty company that's revolutionising the industry with our innovative products and retail experiences. As an Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our EMEA VM strategy and delivering best-in-class retail experiences across Europe.
About the RoleWe're looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team. You'll support the VM Manager to drive, deliver, and execute the EMEA VM strategy, working closely with external retailer partners and suppliers, as well as colleagues across different teams in the business.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic support for EMEA VM strategy and overall business objectives
- Head up campaign launches from managing global delivery of assets to execution in-store delivery
- Support and lead on new store openings and additional distribution
- Manage CPA's to ensure timely launches with the VM executive
- Be the experiential and promotional expert for EMEA, executing best-in-class promo projects of all sizes and scope
- VM budget guardian: bringing all projects in on time and in budget
- Build strong relations with Retail partners across multiple countries
- Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time, including new distribution, expansions, business-as-usual campaigns, and promotional activations
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role within Visual Merchandising, ideally within Beauty or with European retailers
- Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator & Indesign) and an experienced Project Manager
- People-focused with a strong and inspiring management style, commercial mindset, and creative flair
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present, influence, and articulate your point of view
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
