Visual Merchandising Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Assistant to support our clients Visual Merchandising Manager in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager to create and execute visual merchandising plans that align with the brand's image and marketing goals.
  2. Oversee the setup and maintenance of in-store displays, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and up-to-date with current promotions and seasonal themes.
  3. Meet weekly with the Retail Design team to discuss and update the counter master plan for new store launches.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock for displays.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our visual merchandising strategies.
  6. Analyse the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts through sales data and customer feedback, providing recommendations for improvements.
