Job Title: Assistant Online Visual Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Assistant Online Visual Merchandiser to join our team at & Other Stories. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering smooth operations to facilitate an inspirational customer environment in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business through creativity, fashion consciousness, and commerciality
  • Provide day-to-day visual training and guidance through & Other Stories shared values
  • Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently while still working within a team environment
  • Ability to provide feedback in a constructive and professional way
  • Ability to handle conflict and resolve problems constructively
Requirements:
  • Strong visual merchandising skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills
  • Ability to work with hand and power-operated tools and lift to execute display set-ups
  • Ability to work flexible hours and extended hours at times
  • May be required to travel to support other stores
