Sales Operations Manager

About the Role:The Bose Corporation is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead the Sales Operations team in Europe, ANZ, and Distributor Markets. As a key member of the Sales management team, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic planning, account management, sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics for our global sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of consumer electronics retailing, sales operations processes, and process design, with experience managing a global team. You will be responsible for coordinating with global colleagues to design and execute internal and customer-facing go-to-market processes and improvement projects.
You will provide pipeline and revenue forecast management, reporting, and analytics to provide insights into account performance and S&OE forecast. Additionally, you will schedule, design, and create presentations for management reviews, coordinate with the finance team on creating performance dashboards and KPIs, and maintain all Bose and customer needs in SAP C4C and the Dealer Portal.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, with additional languages a plus. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications and ERP systems (SAP), as well as a deep understanding of data warehousing and mining.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 15 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales & Business Planning, Sales/Market Analysis, Product/Trade Marketing, or Finance.
- BS in finance, economics, management, operations, or a similar technical degree.
- MBA is highly desirable.
- Experience in complex project management.
- Experience in reading and understanding data, forming insights, and developing recommendations.
