Disability Management Expert

As a key member of our Institutional Onboarding team, you will be responsible for facilitating the seamless onboarding of Institutional clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer expectations and providing tailored solutions to client onboarding challenges.
- Acting as a customer contact point and building lasting client relationships.
- Owning customer KYC requests and queries, and facilitating a resolution by working with stakeholders internally.
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of KYC, FATCA, and CRS obligations and their implications on the end-to-end process.
- Providing expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on complex KYC and AML processes.
As a collaborative and solutions-oriented individual, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver desired outcomes for the business.
