Disability Business Partner – (Account Manager)


At Business Disability Forum, we are committed to becoming a disability-smart employer and advocating for a more inclusive workplace. We are seeking a Disability Business Partner to join our team and help us further our disability agenda.


As a Disability Business Partner, you will be responsible for engaging with and developing productive working relationships with our BDF membership, helping to further their disability agenda over time. You will utilise our knowledge, member services, and paid for products to support our members in becoming more disability-smart.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Ensuring each member uses the most appropriate member services available to them
  • Introducing paid for services where beneficial to the member
  • Maintaining accurate data collection records
  • Recognising the importance of such

We are committed to ensuring that all our information, products, and services are as accessible as possible to everyone. If you are passionate about disability inclusion and have a track record of successfully providing paid for solutions meeting agreed financial targets, we would love to hear from you.
