Benefits and Revenues IT Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Benefits and Revenues IT Lead to join our team at Clear IT Recruitment Limited. As a Benefits and Revenues IT Lead, you will be responsible for the administration of our Revenues and Benefits system.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of NET Framework, APIs, XML, and HTML.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level and work with a leading company in the industry. The salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per year.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant NVQ or above IT related qualification, or proven experience at a level equivalent to the above qualification. They will also have a strong understanding of ICS policies and procedures, as well as excellent knowledge of database management, e-Form Builder, and Workflow tools.
About the Role:
- Lead on System upgrades by following ICS policies, ensuring key processes are completed to expected quality and timescales.
- Lead on Problem resolution by liaising with suppliers and the Council's IT Department to resolve system issues.
- Follow standard processes, ensuring all System documentation and user manuals are kept up to date, maintained, and reviewed periodically.
- Create, modify, and amend management and performance reports based on agreed changes/specifications, including setting up bespoke reports.
- Protect and manage information securely, and report breaches or suspected information security breaches, in line with Council policies.
