Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing timely and accurate responses.
* Ensure customer data is up-to-date, including delivery information.
* Book and file commissioning orders, maintaining accurate records.
* Monitor, request, and file copies of contractors' insurance and training certificates.
* Perform reception duties, including greeting visitors and contractors.
* Utilize MS Office skills to manage administrative tasks.
* Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize a demanding workload.
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a high level of commercial awareness.
Requirements:
* Educated to GCSE standard with level 4 passes in English and Maths.
* Proven track record of working in a busy, demanding business environment, including phone use.
