High Voltage Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of 2- or 3-person teams in erecting poles, changing transformers, and performing other overhead line work.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality across all projects.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
About the Role:
This position is ideal for those with proven experience in overhead line work and team leadership. You will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions.
