Software Engineering Team Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Team Manager to lead our software development team. As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding junior developers, managing software architecture, and promoting continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guide junior developers to achieve their full potential
- Collaborate with the Software Development Manager to drive technology improvement
- Develop software architecture and influence architectural decisions
- Manage technical debt and risks
- Deliver high-quality software and meet customer expectations
Essential Skills:
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in C# software development, preferably in a senior or technical lead role. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in development and testing.
