Job Title: Customer Care Team Leader German Speaking
Job Summary: We are seeking a German Customer Service Team Leader to manage our German team and provide expert customer support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer support representatives in the German market.
- Provide expert customer service support in German, responding to customer queries and resolving issues.
- Motivate and support the team to achieve high performance.
- Develop a high-performing team by providing training and coaching.
Requirements:
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Positive communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to motivate and support a team.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with a 5-week rota. Hybrid working: 1 day per week in the office, 4 days at home.
