SEND Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a teaching assistant to join our team at a school in Stanley, Durham. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in the EYFS department.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with teachers to deliver lessons and manage classroom behavior, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification in Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse Level 3
- Recent school experience
- Ability to work 1-2-1 with students and support their individual needs
Salary and Benefits:
- Above national living wage salary (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum)
