Early Years SEND Specialist Assistant

About the Role
As a SEN teaching assistant at one of our partner schools in Durham, you will play a vital role in supporting children with additional needs in the EYFS department. This full-time position requires a qualified and experienced individual who can work effectively with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting children with special educational needs, developing and implementing strategies to promote their inclusion and engagement, and contributing to the creation of a safe and supportive learning environment.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £20,000-£25,000 per annum, paid above the national living wage. You will also benefit from regular CPD training opportunities and the support of a dedicated and experienced education consultant.
