We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs in our partner school in Stanley, County Durham. This full-time position will provide an opportunity to work in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and promote positive behaviour and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To support the child's learning and development
  • To promote positive behaviour and values
  • To contribute to teaching and learning

The ideal candidate will have experience in working one-to-one or supporting children with special needs and hold a recognized Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse qualification at Level 3. The successful applicant must also be able to commit to ongoing professional development.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include premium rates of pay above the national living wage, continuing professional development (CPD) training opportunities, and a dedicated and experienced Education Consultant.
