Experienced Teaching Assistant Needed

We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to join our team in supporting a child with additional needs in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This full-time position is based in Stanley and requires someone with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse qualification
- Recent experience in a school setting, preferably in SEN environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
About the Role:
This position involves providing one-to-one support to the child in EYFS settings, collaborating with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans, and promoting positive behavior and social skills among the child and their peers. A strong understanding of EYFS principles and practices is essential for this role.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and training, and a supportive and experienced education consultant. We also pay above the national living wage and offer excellent rates of pay.
