About the RoleThe role involves working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans, providing academic and social support to students, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons and activities
- Providing individualized support to students with additional needs
- Contributing to the development and implementation of individualized learning plans
- Assisting with classroom management and organization
- Communicating effectively with teachers, students, and parents
To be successful in this role, you will need:

The salary for this role is £27,269 - £30,060 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
