About the Role

Dr Kershaw's Hospice is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team. As a Physiotherapist - Palliative Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with life-limiting illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and functional abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal physical function and quality of life
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
  • HCPC Registered
  • Proven experience in palliative care and rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
