Job Opportunity: Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.
About the Role:
- Support clients with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and complex health needs in their own homes.
- Assist with personal care, medication management, moving and handling, and clinical equipment management.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Requirements:
- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility and reliability
- Good communication skills
- MUST hold a UK driving license
