We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group, a leading provider of complex care in the UK.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs, supporting them to live independently in their own homes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including medication management and moving and handling.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to our high standards of care and quality.
