Specialist SEND Teacher

We are seeking an experienced EYFS SEND Teacher to lead a small class of children with Autism in an outstanding specialist SEN provision.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will teach and inspire young learners using creative, engaging, and individualized teaching strategies. They will also plan and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet each child's Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) requirements.
As a Specialist SEND Teacher, you will have the opportunity to leverage your creativity by incorporating Music, Drama, and the Arts into your teaching practice. You will also work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, parents, and external specialists to develop strategies that enhance the children's independence and overall wellbeing.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
