About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client and Applicant Care Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team on a fixed-term contract. As the first point of contact for daily phone and email sales enquiries, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, vendors, and applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the department's shared inbox and respond to sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Arrange preview visits, viewings, and surveyor visits, liaising with vendors and applicants as necessary.
  • Register new applicants on the Reapit database and match their search requirements to available properties.
  • Maintain and update the Reapit applicant database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the viewing guide team with day-to-day enquiries and update the viewing diary.
  • Add viewing guide feedback from sales viewings to Reapit.
  • Completions - prepare keys, update records, arrange champagne, and key release forms.
  • Order and arrange collections of for-sale boards.
  • Maintain and update the brochure drawers and back-room filing system.
  • Add new brochures to the comparables filing system.
  • Contribute to creating and posting department social media posts.
  • Send Dotmailers bulletins for the department's new instructions, ensuring accuracy.
About You

We are looking for a team player with strong time management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have experience using OneNote, Teams, Outlook, and Word.
