Job Opportunity at Château de Mercuès

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Château de Mercuès. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for the preparation and service of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
  • Assist with menu planning and development, ensuring that dishes are creative and appealing to our guests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a 2 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
