Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Manager to lead our team at Whitworth House in Cambridge. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a strengths-based support service that places our customers at the centre of all that we do.
You will promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement through robust quality assurance and reflective practice. Your role will also involve delivering a robust housing management service, ensuring maximising of income and good budgetary control.
As a key member of our team, you will lead on the delivery of a safe environment that adheres to all health and safety legislation and embeds safe processes and policies. You will also lead on local collaboration within your local area and ensure the widest partnership working to enhance and support our service delivery.
We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with a natural caring nature, great sense of humour, and a positive energy that brings a smile to people's faces. You will be a great listener with a caring and supportive attitude, and you will want to make a difference every day.
