Orwell Housing Association is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Manager to lead our Supported Housing Scheme in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality support service that empowers young women to achieve their goals and live independently.
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional who can lead our team in providing a strengths-based support service that prioritizes the needs and aspirations of our service users. As Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive support plan that addresses the unique needs of each service user.
- Leading a team of support staff to deliver a high-quality service that is centered around the needs of our service users.
- Ensuring that our service users receive a safe and supportive environment that adheres to all health and safety legislation.
- Collaborating with local partners to enhance and support our service delivery.
- Providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
